Turkmengas announces tender for development of software

Turkmengas State Concern announces on behalf of the tender commission announces an international tender for the selection of a contractor for the development, implementation of software and equipment for the Automated Gas Control and Metering System (AGMS) for the new Administrative Center of Ahal .velayat
Parties are invited to the address of Turkmengas SC to submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details; get acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan on tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs, the Rules of the tender and the list of documents required for participation in the tender; receive an invoice for the payment of funds in the amount of 1,725 USD including VAT.
Tender offers are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of publication of the announcement until 18:00 local time. The account for the transfer of funds will be specified when submitting a written application.

Turkmengas State Concern announces tender №T/GAZ-008 for the purchase of material and technical resources for the needs of Turkmengas SC
Lot No.1 – Pipes and metal products
Lot No.2 - General plant equipment
Lot No.3 – Electrical equipment, instrumentation and cable products
Lot No.5 – Auxiliary products
Parties are invited to the address of Turkmengas SC: to submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details; get acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan on tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs, the Rules of the tender and the list of documents required for participation in the tender; get the specification of lots, technical requirements and the basic terms of the contract; receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 500 US dollars or the equivalent in manats (without excluding VAT and bank costs) for one lot for participation in the tender free of charge.

One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the Turkmengas’s address from the moment of publication of the announcement and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.
The tender envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (in the Word format) and the technical and economic specification (in the Excel format).

Lot No.5 – Chemical products and auxiliary materials
Parties are invited to the address of Turkmenhimiya SC to: submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details; be familiar with the "Rules for holding international tenders for the selection of suppliers of material and technical goods for the Turkmenhimiya SC”; get the specification of the lot and technical requirements; receive package of tender documents by paying $200 (two hundred) including VAT for each package of documents.
